Be the Better Version of Yourself:

There may be various ideas on the development of one’s personality, but all ends with the main conclusion that is being better. Eat balance diet, do regular exercise, drink water, know your limitations to break them for improvement or whatever personality development tips are. They all mean to make yourself more productive, visionary or whatever you personality goal, that is to be achieved.

Now come to the track of the direct path. What does it mean to be better version of you? Let’s start from it’s meaning, being better is being more qualitative to perform any task in the desired manner or more than the desired outcome can be considered as the better version. To be better or give more than before, simply we have to add some effort and perform effectively being erudite.

First of all know yourself. What are your areas of interests? What is the thing that you really want to stick on as your career goal for your life? What are your limitations to create gap between you and your dreams? Ask yourself these question then start doing as per these questions demands on your life. After having the clear mental picture of what you really interested in you can improve your performance towards that particular goal. Work regularly at your dreams and try to give more, that is do more than you did yesterday, or make more aesthetic output from your effort. Focus on quality as well as quantity, whatever it needs and give your best for whatever it takes.



Simply being better is good to hear but truth be told very bad to achieve. Because, it is not an easy process. Nobody can give more or make things better every time, there will be something to pull you back or there can be the limit where we can’t give more than that with the available resources. Just forget about such things that make you powerless. If it was not possible then there wouldn’t be any awesome things existed or there wouldn’t be any people to be called successful.

Do how much you can do regardless of expectation and see how far you have been gone from your starting point and see the differences.

Why You Are Not Successful?


This is the most asked question; why some of the people are successful and people working harder than them are not? It doesn’t matter how hard you work, if you don’t understand the opportunity and grab it nobody can be, where everyone else has desire to be. Just make vision and plan how much you are going to get and work on that without expectation but proper dedication, as expectations bring loss in your efficiency.

After you get what was impossible before, new road will be unfolded for you to do more keep continuously working, some day you will find the way where truly you wanted to go. It can be also considered as connecting the dots and creating the way. Sleep on it and determine how you can connect those dots.




You may have come so far, but there might be lack of connection. So keep looking and keep working continuously and don’t settle. Because you are in the process of development, so you have to go through various hardest things. And make those hardest things, as easy as you are breathing it. Finally, trust yourself that one day your work will be appreciated as you have worked very cautiously from various lesions. 

Avoid Bad Feelings

In the process of running life, we meet different people, situation and circumstances. Sometimes we feel good about what we have met and sometimes bad. If you feel good that’s benevolent, that won’t harm you. But if you feel bad you really have to work on that, because that will harm you inside as well as outside; in performance and outcome. If you think everything clearly, nothing can cause you feel bad. Just think about that bad feelings are separated from you. Don’t give your own perception to feel bad about that. How may they have thought about my clumsy behavior? How can I handle the uncertainties? Etc are the shits that can run over your brain. Just get rid of those things, by writing down all of these bad feelings and terminating forever.



When negativity try to enter your brain it’s very weak at the beginning, so you have to take action to reduce it, as earlier as possible. If you are going with the same types of feelings (bad feelings), you will be dragged so hardly that you can’t get back and can cause depression too. So don’t give a shit what other will think or what will happen next just prepare yourself to give your best in every situation whether it is best or worst. In worst situation you may have to work harder than better situations but that doesn’t mean you have to feel bad, which create hindrances inside your.


In the conclusion, we can determine that personality development is not possible with the low self esteem. Because, you have to develop yourself from inside to outside for better performance. And feeling of low self esteem is originated from the bad feelings. So if you don’t find solution to your automation feelings of bad, you will gradually lose your self confidence. Hence you cannot develop your personality.

How Meditation Helps in Personal Development:

Meditation whose original meaning is originated from ‘Dhyana’ that means concentrate. So we can understand that we often use meditation in our real life when we have to do something seriously. Simply, the meditation is nothing but doing everything with focus as much as we really can do with the complete dedication.  Though this term is simple implementation is very difficult otherwise we would have achieved everything and there would be no any limit in this existence. So there are various practices have been introduced as meditation to achieve somehow what is it really meant to be. Such techniques haven’t been introduced by human though some of the modifications have been done. It is believed that meditation has been originated from Himalayan before the existence of human life.

Let’s not only talk about background and start discusses about the facts how meditation can help to develop personality and everything at all.There may be various ways of doing meditation, here I am going to discuss about only two techniques. One of them is quieting mind meditation and another is Kundalini awakening meditation. Quieting mind is about giving rest to our body, mind and soul by thinking nothing without moving in the meditative position like lotus position.

In the quieting mind meditation, firstly we sit in the comfortable position without moving. And our body can take rest then we try to avoid all thoughts coming into our mind by letting those thoughts go. It’s difficult to quiet the mind in the beginning but after the regular practice it will be effective. This is how we don’t only provide complete rest to our body and mind but also we will able to figure out so many things those were like impossible to think with the previous state. You will understand what I mean after you are able to possess that new state of mind. Try it once for the few weeks and feel the differences in your life.


Another meditation is about Kundalini awakening. Where the various energy vertices of our psychic body is visualized and calm them to give proper rest to energize at the time of requirement. It is believed that to generate any type of energy in human body, 7 energy vertices; also called 7 chakras play role. So in this meditation we remove all negativities, which can disturb peak of our performance from all vertices and then heal all of these chakras by fulfilling it’s peaceful requirement. To heal every chakra, we can use music of different vibration or also can give different affirmations associated with respective chakras. 

By healing all chakras, we can generate our energy for whatever it needs. Then everything can be one in the better manner hence it can contribute in personal development goal.

Force against Limits

Human life, it’s only possible here in earth. Earth has gravity force to attract mass of object towards. But not only that, lets now view it from different perspective.

You are in the gravity world; every time you want to fly it will drag you down. Not only for you but for your desire, goal and ambition gravity will hold you back. You have to push yourself as hard as you can to get rid of these dragging things. You have to utilize the available resources properly to go where you really wanted to go. Like rocket is created to go beyond the gravity force. Like that, you have to create rocket inside you to throw yourself and break the chain of the dragging stuffs. And the rocket inside you is the real power of you, that you are hiding it’s true potential. You love to sleep rather than to start that rocket, you love to be lazy than to drive that rocket in the particular direction. Knowingly or unknowingly, you love disturbing earthly attachment distractions like temporary fun and other stuffs than your real goal.


 Ask yourself, if you truly want to be successful than you truly have to work for it. You really have to push your limits and other dragging stuffs which are not letting you go towards your dreams. If it’s easy everybody would have done it and there won’t be any value of what you call success today, so practice hard try hard and get unattainable things because you are able to do so. If you really understand your potentiality and the external forces trying to hold you back and if you develop proper ability form utilization of available resources, trust yourself nobody can stop you from your true desired path and it’s destination.
